Rental records, instalment schedules and payment history for independent landlords in Ghana. Currently in development, with payments tested in sandbox mode.
A clear record of rent
This application gives independent landlords in Ghana one place for properties, units, tenants, agreements and rent instalments. It keeps approved changes and payment history alongside the agreement they belong to.
The accounting matters as much as the dashboard. Balances come from recorded obligations and verified payments. Finalized terms are preserved, and schedule revisions go through owner approval with a before-and-after record.
Payments and receipts
The application uses TanStack Start, Convex and Better Auth. Organization membership and roles determine who can access each landlord's records.
For payments, the server records the amount, recipient and reference before contacting Paystack. Verification and signed webhook reconciliation feed the payment history. Verified payments produce receipts, with PDF downloads and revocable private links for tenant history.
Where it stands
Payment checkout and reconciliation have been implemented and sandbox-tested. Live rent collection remains gated. WhatsApp connection and inbox foundations are present, while automated reminders and outgoing messages are still being developed.
The pilot is a place to review the product as it develops, with those limits kept explicit.
